Kyun ! Ho Gaya Na is a situational romantic comedy that follows a simple story about love ans life. Diya ( Aishwarya Rai ) is an idealistic and sensitive girl, lovingly raised by her widowed father. She is committed to her work at the orphanage that is run by her father's best friend Raj ( Amitabh Bachchan ). however, her life takes a turn for the unexpected when, in unusual circumstances she meets Arjun ( vivek Oberoi ), a seemingly free spirited, fun-loving ans adventurous young man. she discovers she will be living under the same roof as him when she visits Mumbai to study for her masters Degree, as Arjun's parents are also friends of her father. The film follows the friendship that develops , despite their very different views on love and marriage.
