Story of Sangeeta, her life was devoted to look after her large family of mother,drunkard brother & his family, widow sister & a blind brother She took up a job the moment she enters her youth. A mimicry artiste was living with them but he was more of a guest even he couldn’t pay his rent regularly. Everybody liked him. He was in love with the widow sister but sister was not aware of it.
Sangeeta’s father who left years ago after creating a big family returned home. Sangeeta was very happy about this but his father come back as a Sanyasi. Instead of taking over the responsibilities from her he started giving empty sermons. Enraged Sangeeta turned him out of the house.
Sangeeta was in love with Prem and plans to marry him. But she came to know that her widow sister also in love with him. Roopkumar the manager of Sangeeta’s office tries his animal passions tricks with Sangeeta but was rebuffed by her. He however was able to hook Kalpana & her mother & became lover of both. When Kalpana come to know she tries to commit suicide but Anand saved her. Kalpana’s mother kills Roop Kumar and commits suicide herself. Sangeeta persuades Aand to marry Kapana. Sangeeta decided to arrange marriage of her sister with Prem, At the end His drunkard brother started working. A sigh of relief swept Sangeeta and she agrees to marry her Boss K. P. Singh after he proposed her.
