Upendranath a widower lives with his only son, Sandeep. Sandeep grows up to be a headstrong and stubborn young man, and decides to leave his dad’s house and make a life for himself on his own. He meets Bhairavi, a beautiful older woman. Bhairavi is a singing artiste and leads a wealthy lifestyle. The two fall in love. When they announce their plans to marry, Avinash, enter their lives claiming to be Bhairavi’s husband. He meets with Sandeep and tells him of their daughter Kajri. Little do they know that Kajri is living with the much older Upendranath, and both plan to marry soon.
