Suraj(Jackie Shroff), a rich shipping tycoon, has a problem selecting a bride for himself. This poses a problem for his younger brother Ravi who wishes to get married soon. Ravi's Prayers are answered when Suraj accidentally meets Shubhangi(Manisha Koirala). Their meeting blossoms into a full fledged romance, culminating in marriage.
